Even if you’re new around here, you can probably guess that I get Tempted by a lot of things. My name is The Porn Dude, after all, and I’ve been known to indulge in all kinds of temptations, from free tube fap fests to AI porn generators to running my own PornDudeCasting paysite. This next platform offers a whole slew of fresh things to get all worked up over, namely the women and their homebrew smut.
The Tempted.com domain has actually been around since the end of the 20th century, but the current website offers a much more modern variety of adult entertainment. This is a new content platform similar to OnlyFans, where models can hawk their content directly to their fans. They’ve had strong engagement lately, pulling close to half a million visitors a month. I was curious, though, just how many of those visitors were sharing nudes and how many were just shaking their dicks at the screen. With that in mind, I stepped inside.
Oh Man, I’m Already Getting Tempted
Tempted.com doesn’t roll with a weirdly SFW front page like OnlyFans and some of its copycats, which always seemed to me like the opposite of an invitation to masturbators. That said, it looks like the platform is still trying harder to draw in new creators than the fans themselves. These sites tend to put the entire responsibility of advertising on the models, but it’s still weird that the entire front page is a spiel about how much you can make as a creator. Us fans matter, too, and we spend money!I know that most of my visitors here at ThePornDude are porn consumers rather than creators, but it’s worth taking a quick look at what Tempted is tempting their models with. They get the same 80% cut they do at the big OF, but with a much smaller market share to slice into. According to the front page, Tempted’s Top Temptation earned almost $50k last month. That ain’t chump change, but it’s not the millions the big draws at OnlyFans are raking in.
Most of the other perks for creators also mirror what they’d find on their biggest competitor. Models can offer both premium subscriptions and VOD (Video on Demand), earn some referral fees, and interact directly with their fans through the platform’s baked-in direct messaging.
Tempted.com has also tightly integrated live webcam shows into their platform. This is something I’ve only seen a couple times from some of the better OnlyFans clones out there, and it’s a much more convenient system than telling fans when they’re going live on other platforms or trying to set something up in your DMs. This is one-stop shopping for all your amateur porn needs—in theory, anyway. It still depends on whether or not your favorite models have set up shop at Tempted yet.
I was happy to see that models are taking advantage of those webcam features. I pulled up the list of Upcoming Shows and found a nice, fat handful that are scheduled for the next couple days. I’m writing this at the end of October, so there are some Halloween-themed peepshows coming up, as well as a naked workout, a shower show, a naked news broadcast and a couple food-themed nudie shows. I think I’m going to have to come back to see the Body Glaze Strawberry Shortcake broadcast.
Hunting for Freebies and Tempted
As with OnlyFans, signup for a basic Tempted.com account is easy and free. They ask you on your way in whether you’re a fan or a creator, and then give a surprising number of gender identities to check off as your interests. They’ve got the whole spectrum of LGBTQ+ of options like trans, non-binary, genderfluid and androgyne, and even an AI (Artificial Intelligence) checkbox for the horny nerds in the audience. Welcome to the future, my geeks.I was really curious what I’d find as soon as I got inside. Since OnlyFans is big enough to set most of the trends, I’ve seen so many of these knockoffs that usher you into a sterile environment where you can’t see any boobies unless you know a few model names, which almost function as secret codes for the good stuff. One of my biggest complaints about the whole genre is that these platforms are often nigh-impossible to search or browse without a roadmap.
With my preferences set for Female, Trans and AI creators, my starter feed of Tempted temptations was stocked with blurry cock-teases of nyloned feet, tata close-ups, happy-ended stripteases and intimate masturbation movies. I can see enough to know this ain’t remotely a SFW site, though the padlock icon stamped on everything kept me from lubing up right then and there.
Models set their own prices, and they do vary a bit. Most of the women in my starter feed were charging fifteen bones a month, though I saw a few going as low as three bucks. You can also Follow women for free with a pitch that includes “get their more exclusive content” as well as alerts about activity on Tempted. I was really hoping the Follows would unlock some fully free content, similar to all the free profiles at OnlyFans, but it was not to be.
Some models do offer some free previews of their videos, though you’ll have to enter your credit card digits before they let you take a peek; it seems like they’re trying to keep the broke-ass riffraff out. Those subscription fees also earn you a 20% discount on your favorite model’s VOD. Prices for fetishy content can be pretty high, like $48 for a two-minute pee movie, so those price breaks will add up.
Some OnlyFans imitators give models the option of how to open up their DMs and to whom, but it looks like Tempted.com lets you slide into the DMs of any model you’re following. Popular models on other sites often limit their DMs to paying members, and I’m not sure this is the greatest setup, but I think the cheapskates will appreciate it. Remember, though, you’ll always get the best responses if you’ve got your own open-wallet policy.
But What About My Own Fetishes?
My new-user feed at Tempted.com suggested what looked to be a random selection of models who seemed to match my gender interests, but what if I had more specific types of content in mind? Well, I next made my way to the site’s Discover area, where I found what I was hoping for. Turns out, the platform is easier to search than the real OnlyFans. The user search (“Temptations”) is supposed to sift through nicknames, social media and keywords, but I’m not sure it’s indexing more than usernames. A search for Anal, for example, turned up creators with handles like Analmarkus123, Analu Cartier, hotASSanalslut and Dana Leggs. I got similar name-based results for BDSM, feet, and lesbian.
Hopefully they make the user search work like it says it does, but in the meantime, the Content search does exactly that. I typed the same keywords into the box, and found videos and photo galleries for each and every one of them. The lack of free previews is a little frustrating, because my search results are just blurry boxes with titles, but I’m happy to have been able to find my type of creators so easily.
I wish I could get a better sense for just how many models have already signed up to become Tempted’s Temptations. Do they have dozens, or hundreds, or thousands of women diddling themselves and shaking their boobies for the camera? The number of models that popped up for any search result suggested it’s a more crowded joint than I’d guessed going in, but I have no idea precisely how big the roster is. Whatever the number is, I hope it keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Tempted.com doesn’t offer any world-shaking tweaks to the OnlyFans formula we’ve seen copied again and again, but they have built a sleek, functional interface that’s already drawing a fair share of exhibitionist internet chicks. I think the well-integrated cam shows are going to appeal to fans looking for some live stimulation, and I love how easy they’ve made it to search for models who act out your kinks on camera. Signup’s free, so go ahead and check those recommendations and run a couple searches for your favorite fetishes. You might be surprised—and Tempted—by what you find.
