When I first heard of Kink.ai, I really thought they just lucked out and were able to grab up a valuable one-word dot-ai domain. As soon as it loaded up in my browser, though, I noticed something awfully familiar about that logo in the top corner of the screen. The deviates, deep-niche perverts and fetishists in the audience might recognize that stylized letter K with the pointed devil tail snaking off the bottom corner. That’s right, my fellow kinksters: this is a new AI site brought to you by the smut peddlers over at Kink.com.

It's only been a couple months since the joint appeared online, but their traffic has been skyrocketing since day one. Honestly, though, I expect big numbers for any spinoff of such a successful brand, especially when they’ve landed a domain that could be internet gold on its own. The site does what you’re probably expecting already, using AI to simulate BDSM roleplay chats and bake custom fetish art, and I had to find out if it really was kinkier than every other AI site on the web. Read on and I’ll tell you what I found inside.

AI Fun from Kink.com

I’m kind of a cynical bastard, so the first thing I did when I saw the Kink.com logo was check to make sure they hadn’t just stolen the emblem. Sure enough, the app was indeed launched by the fetish porn pioneers, though the tour page ain’t all that different from your average AI adult playground. There’s a sexy, AI-generated succubus halfway down the page, but those winged demon women are common sights on any of the hentai-style chat apps. What did catch my eye was the smoking-hot broad they’re using as a preview image for their image generator. I’ve been reviewing these sites every week for over a year now, watching the technology evolve and get more realistic by the day. Still, I wouldn’t have guessed this was an AI photo had I seen it anywhere else. She just looks like a hot fetish model in a leather collar, ready for some fun. I tapped the button above her cleavage reading “Create NSFW Art”.

AI image generators have evolved over the past year, but you usually only see some slight variations from platform to platform. Some use text-based prompts, some offer menus of keywords, while others combine the two interface styles. Most can do hentai and fake photos, and the better ones offer a nice variety of AI models, body types and other options.

Kink.ai is the first imagine machine I’ve tried that I would classify as an instant AI-powered fetish porn generator. It uses a hybrid prompt- and menu-based interface like you’ve probably seen at least a dozen times by now, but the whole thing is topped with a picture menu of fetishes you can include in your custom imagery. The list includes various bridles, binders and gags, cock cages, latex suits and a couple types of shibari-rope bondage poses. This ain’t your dad’s nudie machine!

How Much Does It Cost to Use This Thing?

I wanted to play with that fetish porn generator as soon as I found it, and lucky for me, Kink.ai offers a free trial membership with all the basic features. Noobs can whip up twenty images per month and get 50 AI messages on the house, but you’re limited to 5 images in a chat and don’t get access to the full range of bots.I clicked the button for Mask and Wand. The machine whirred to life even before I could select any other options, but I started checking them off anyway: Female and Realistic, with Natural XL boobs and Red hair. A message warned me that it could take a couple minutes for my photo to develop on account of the heavy load, so I waited and waited.

And waited and waited. I have to assume it’s new-site growing pains, especially coming from such an established brand, but I wasn’t able to generate any free pics. The wavy little animation told me something was loading, but it never materialized on my screen. As I waited in vain, I made my way to the signup page to see what the premium features might cost me.

Kink.ai is currently asking $15 a month as the standard rate, which they’re calling the Early Adopter package. The name implies it’s a lower rate for new members with an impending price increase, but prices have been dropping across the niche, so we’ll see. The annual rate is a penny under a hundo, which is solid. In any case, memberships include unlimited everything, which I fucking love. It’s still common for these AI platforms to charge you for every last little thing.

The sign-in page also references Kink.com’s Kink Pass. It looks like the company might be planning on including Kink.ai with the video membership, which is a great incentive to sign up on either end. You can watch some kinky fetish porn, then step into a roleplay session and explore the same freaky scenario for yourself.

Roleplaying BDSM with a Hentai Girl

If any other big-name porn brand had launched their own AI platform, I would have expected a roster of realistic women like you’d find on sites such as Candy.ai or Eden AI. Kink.com ain’t your typical porn site, though, and the typical characters you find on those platforms just wouldn’t be freaky enough. True to form, Kink.ai has a lot more in common with the hentai-type chat platforms like GirlfriendGPT and DreamGF.They’ve got hundreds of characters, both realistic and hentai. I’m kind of disappointed they make you choose just one category of bots on your way in: men, women, trans characters or hentai ones. Personally, I want a little bit of everything besides the dudes.

Broad categorization aside, I do appreciate the lengthy menu of keywords along the side of the character menu. Some of the included tags are commonplace on platforms like this; we’ve all seen bots giving Blow Jobs, playing with their Big Breasts or even doing some DP. I’m more excited about fetishistic tags like Impact Play, High Heels, Lactation, Obedient and Power Play.

I figured, when in Rome, and tapped the Bondage button. That brought up a few dozen dominatrixes, cosplay chicks, bound maidens, hentai sluts and devil girls. Hailey Bergmann, a 41-year-old nurse practitioner, caught my eye with her cute face and the medical device in her hand. I wasn’t sure what she wanted to do with that thing, but I was curious to find out.

Her intro message is long and full of exposition, setting the stage. She gets off work at the hospital and comes to meet me at a new craft distillery downtown. “Hey! It’s so great to finally meet you!” she says, offering a hug as we settle in. It feels a lot like the start of any Tinder date, and I like the emphasis on storytelling and roleplaying right from the first exchange.

After a bit of small talk, I suggested we sneak off to the bathroom to play doctor. She laughed but wanted to take it a little more slowly, so we chatted about my work in the porn business. The roleplaying and conversation is very realistic, perhaps even too much sometimes. Hailey took a long-ass time to warm up, but ShanShan the Robot Girlfriend was ready to start whipping the absolute living fuck out of me the moment I asked. “ShanShan’s eyes glow red as she processes the command. She takes out a black leather whip from the box.”

The app can generate pics within the chat in addition to their standalone fetish-porn generator, or at least it can in theory. When I visited today, I wasn’t able to bake up any custom kinky visuals. The site’s still new as hell and there’s a major, well-established brand behind it, so I’d bet a million dollars right now it’s just a temporary glitch. I accept PayPal.

The basic features of Kink.ai ain’t too different from what you find on the other AI-powered adult platforms, but it’s clear at every turn that this ain’t just another copycat app from some nobodies after your money. Kink.com has a longstanding reputation as one of the world’s leading purveyors of kinky fetish porn, and they’ve applied their BDSM aesthetic and myriad kinks to the world of AI porn. As kinky as Kink.com is, I’d argue that the possibilities are even more endless and perhaps even more depraved when you add Artificial Intelligence to the mix. At the end of the day, I guess it all depends on what’s in that perverted little mind of yours.
